Do you use AI for your transcription?
No, I do 100% manual Transcription. I listen to your audio/video carefully and type everything myself.
What language do you transcribe?
I can transcribe both English and Indonesian audio/video files. I'm fluent in English and Indonesian is my native language
What format will I receive the transcript in?
You will receive a clean, ready-to-use transcript in .DOCX (Microsoft Word) or .TXT format.
Do you include timestamps or speaker labels?
Yes! Timestamps and speaker labels are included in the Standard and Premium packages. For the Basic package, I can add them upon request for an additional fee.
What if the audio is longer than the package limit?
No problem! You can either: 1. Add the "Additional Words" extra in my gig, or 2. Contact me before ordering so I can create a custom offer for you.
What if the audio quality is bad or there's background noise?
I will do my best to transcribe unclear audio. However, please note that extremely poor audio quality may affect accuracy. I recommend sending a short sample first if you're unsure about the quality.
Can you transcribe group conversations or interviews with multiple speakers?
Yes, I can transcribe interviews, panel discussions, podcasts, and meetings with multiple speakers. I will label each speaker (e.g., Speaker 1, Speaker 2) so it's easy to follow.
Can you translate the transcript as well?
Yes! I offer translation from Indonesian to English or English to Indonesian as an extra service. You can add this when placing your order or contact me for a custom quote.
How do I send my audio/video file?
After placing your order, you can upload your audio/video file directly through Fiverr's order page. If the file is too large, you can send me a Google Drive link.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes! Each package includes free revisions to make sure you're 100% satisfied with the final result. Additional revisions are available for $5 per revision.
