What counts as a revision?
An adjustment within the agreed scope to how the delivered workflow behaves: a field mapping, a condition, an alert or an output format. Please send all changes for one revision in a single message.
What if my request is bigger than the package?
New apps, triggers, workflows, rules, fields or volume beyond the package, two-way syncs, or requirements different from the ones we confirmed are additional requests. Message me first and I will suggest extras or send a custom offer.
What does bug-fix support include?
Fixing reproducible errors in the functionality we agreed on, during the support period. It does not include new features, requirement changes, or problems caused by changes made after delivery by you or a third party, including app or API changes.
Do I need my own n8n and GoHighLevel accounts?
Yes. The workflow runs in your n8n (Cloud or self-hosted) and uses your GoHighLevel account. You pay for n8n, GHL and any other paid apps. Installing or hosting n8n is not included.
How do you connect to GoHighLevel?
Through the native n8n HighLevel node or the GHL API with a Private Integration token you create with only the scopes needed. Custom marketplace apps, A2P/SMS registration and WhatsApp approvals need a review before ordering.
Can you add AI (ChatGPT or Claude) to the workflow?
Not inside these packages. If you need an AI step, message me before ordering and I will review it and quote it separately.
Do you build GHL funnels, websites or native GHL workflows?
No. This Gig connects GoHighLevel with other apps through n8n, its API and webhooks. Funnels, websites, pipelines built from scratch and data migrations are out of scope.
Who owns the workflow and how do you handle credentials?
You own it: it runs in your n8n with your credentials and you get the JSON export. Credentials stay encrypted in your n8n. Never send passwords in chat. I test with fictitious data when possible and keep no copies after delivery.
