After validation of the part list, depending on the selected plan, I will then proceed to source the components and either send them directly to you as a single package, or send the fully built and setup PC, along with all the components' boxes and invoices.

Yes. The main reason being that I may not have all said money on the side myself to be abe able to buy them first, and then asking payment on delivery.
