What counts as one defined issue?
One defined issue is a single connected problem, such as Group Policy not applying, a trust relationship error, domain login failure, DNS registration problem, or domain join failure.
What access will you need?
Access can be provided through a supervised remote session or temporary administrative access with the permissions required for the affected servers and services. Credentials should be temporary and changed after completion.
Can you work on production domain controllers?
Yes, but please message me before ordering. I will review the impact, confirm the scope, and agree on a safe troubleshooting and change approach first.
Can you guarantee the issue will be fixed?
I guarantee a thorough investigation within the selected package scope. Some issues may require additional time, access, licensing, network changes, third-party support, or remediation outside Active Directory. I will explain this clearly before proceeding.
