What should I send before ordering?
Send your current process, the apps involved, a redacted example input and the result you want. I will confirm compatibility and the appropriate package before we begin.
Which CRM can you connect?
I confirm support after checking your CRM, subscription and required actions. A supported n8n connector or documented API is usually needed. Share the app name and workflow before ordering.
Will this find new leads for me?
This service handles leads from your existing forms, systems or authorized data sources. Buying lead lists, prospect research and outreach campaigns are outside this package.
Are hosting and API costs included?
The price covers the agreed implementation. Hosting, n8n plans, API usage and other app subscriptions are separate. I identify the required services during scoping.
Will I receive the workflow files?
Yes. You receive the workflow export and setup notes for the agreed implementation. Your service accounts and credentials remain under your control. Third-party software retains its own license terms.
How will you access my accounts?
Use limited project access or authorize connections in your own environment where possible. Do not send passwords or secret keys in an initial project brief. We agree on the necessary access before setup.
What does a revision include?
A revision is an adjustment within the agreed workflow and requirements. New integrations or a different process require a separate scope. Corrections needed to meet the original agreed requirements are handled as part of delivery.
Is ongoing maintenance included?
The package covers implementation, agreed testing and handover. Ongoing monitoring, third-party API changes, new features and ongoing operation can be scoped separately.
