I will build an AI CV screening and interview scheduling workflow with n8n to reduce repetitive hiring tasks and organize candidate information.
What the workflow can do:
- Collect candidate details and CVs through an application form
- Assess CVs against your job description and agreed criteria
- Generate AI scores and candidate summaries
- Save results to Google Sheets

Packages:
BASIC: Screening for 1 job role, AI scoring and Google Sheets results.
STANDARD: Basic plus interview booking and invitation emails.
PREMIUM: Standard plus 2 job roles, custom scoring rules, a setup guide and a 30-minute training call.
All packages include testing and basic usage instructions. The workflow will be configured in your n8n environment.
Hosting, subscriptions and AI/API usage fees are not included. AI scores support human review; final hiring decisions remain with your team.

Do I need to have n8n already installed?
No problem. I can set it up on your n8n Cloud or self-hosted account. If you do not have n8n yet, tell me before ordering and I will guide you.
Which tools does the workflow connect to?
Google Sheets, Gmail and Google Calendar, plus an AI model that reads and scores each CV. You only need to give me access to your own accounts.
Can I change the score needed to shortlist a candidate?
Yes. The 70% threshold is just an example. I can set any score you want, and you can change it later yourself.
Can you edit the emails sent to candidates?
Yes. The shortlist and rejection emails are fully editable. You can give me your own wording or ask me to write it.
Do I pay for the AI and software separately?
Yes. Costs for n8n, the AI model usage and your Google accounts are paid by you directly to those services. My gig price covers only building the workflow.
What do you need from me to start?
A short description of your hiring process, access to your Google account, and your AI API key. I will tell you exactly what to share after you order.
