What is the difference between a basic chatbot and a RAG-based chatbot?
A basic chatbot uses GPT-4 with a custom prompt to answer general questions. A RAG chatbot is trained on your specific documents, PDFs, or database so it answers questions based on your actual business data.
Which platforms can the chatbot be deployed on?
Website, React or React Native app, WhatsApp via Twilio, and Microsoft Teams. Mention your platform before ordering so I can confirm compatibility.
Do you use OpenAI directly or Azure OpenAI?
I use Azure OpenAI by default as it offers enterprise-grade security, data privacy, and compliance. If you prefer direct OpenAI API, that is also possible.
Will the chatbot remember previous conversations?
Yes, conversation history is included in Standard and Premium packages. Basic package is stateless per session.
Can I use my own Azure subscription?
Yes, I can deploy on your existing Azure subscription or help you set one up. Azure OpenAI requires a separate access request from Microsoft which I can guide you through.
