FAQ
What Sunmi devices do you support?
I support all major Sunmi devices including V2, V2S, V2 Pro, T1, T2, and similar Android POS terminals. If you have a specific model, feel free to confirm before placing an order.
Can you integrate both barcode scanner and printer?
Yes. I have hands-on experience integrating Sunmi’s built-in thermal printer, barcode/QR scanner, and other hardware features using the official Sunmi SDK.
Do you provide technical support after order delivery?
Yes, I provide free support after delivery to ensure everything runs smoothly. Extended support and maintenance can also be arranged if needed.
How do you ensure data privacy and security in the app?
I follow industry-standard practices to ensure your app handles data securely. Sensitive information is never stored without encryption, and backend APIs (if used) follow secure authentication and authorization protocols. Your data and IP (intellectual property) remain strictly confidential.
Can the app work offline?
Yes. I specialize in offline-first POS systems that continue working even without internet and sync data automatically when connection is restored.
Do you provide the backend or admin panel?
Yes. I can build a complete backend system with admin panel for managing products, users, transactions, and reports.
Will you help publish the app on the Sunmi App Store?
Yes, I can guide or assist you with app deployment depending on your requirements.
Will this work for restaurants, retail, or logistics?
Yes. The system can be customized for different business types including restaurants, retail stores, delivery/logistics, and more.
