This gig is not for fitness experts who have been training for 10 years. It is for normal people who want to make a change in their life and improve their fitness. Going to the gym for the first time can be daunting especially when you have no idea what machine does what and where you need to start.
With this, I'll have a chat with you to get to know yours goals and motivations better and then create you a weekly plan you can follow for the first few months of your journey. You can go to the gym and have no distractions and just follow this plan and stick with it and watch your progress begin.
WHY ME?
I hear you ask. I was someone who always wanted to go to the gym but didn't where to start. Personal training in a gym was just way too expensive. So after weeks and weeks of research I took the plunge. I lost over 20kg of fat and built muscle - see my pics! I have been training now for over 5 years and want to share my learnings and help you. Do i need to have a gym membership?
Ideally yes! As the plan will features exercise for which gym equipment will be needed.
How long does the plan last?
For beginners, at least a few months! remember the plan will features workouts for you, but as you develop, the weights will increase so this plan can last you a while!
