WordPress admin login (required). FTP or hosting/cPanel access only if the issue requires it — I'll let you know. I recommend creating a temporary admin account and changing passwords after delivery.
How fast can you fix it?
Most fixes are delivered within 24 hours. If your site is completely down, message me before ordering and select the 12-hour express extra — I'll prioritize it.
What counts as a "small issue"?
Things like changing an image or text, CSS color/font/size adjustments, fixing a small layout glitch, or a minor error message. If you're not sure, send me the issue first — I'll tell you which package it fits, no obligation.
Do you fix WooCommerce, Elementor, and Divi issues?
