First, there are two types of integration Dialogflow supports, Open Source Integration, and Independent Integration. When you purchase my gig I will help you set up the Open Source Integration, not the Independent one, Independent integration will not be included in the Gig.
What is a conversation step?
It is a user query and bot response, we count it as one conversation.
