I will check and repair your shopify product CSV

About this Gig
I check one Shopify product CSV offline before you import it. I flag file issues by row and column and apply only safe, logged cleanups. I do not access your store.
You receive a plain-language summary, issue list, and change report. If the columns I check have no remaining blockers, I also include a cleaned CSV. If a blocker needs your decision, the report tells you what to fix instead of guessing.
Limited cleanups include removing a hidden file-start character, normalizing line endings, trimming certain identifiers, standardizing clear true/false values, and generating a missing handle from a title for NEW products only.
Send one UTF-8 product CSV and specify NEW or UPDATE. Basic: up to 100 rows / 200 KB. Standard: 400 rows / 600 KB. Premium: 1,000 rows / 1 MB. Rows exclude the header.
Unknown or custom columns stay in the file but are not fully checked. No orders, customers, or multi-location inventory files. I do not test image links or log into Shopify. This check cannot guarantee Shopify will accept an import. An update can overwrite fields left blank, so review the report before importing.
FAQ
Do you need my Shopify login?
No. Send one product CSV through Fiverr. Do not send passwords, API tokens, customer lists, or payment details. I do not access your store.
Will this guarantee Shopify accepts the file?
No. This is an offline check of selected product CSV columns. I report issues and limited safe fixes; Shopify may have additional import rules. You review the report and import the file yourself.
Which files can I send?
One UTF-8 Shopify product CSV, within your package row and file-size limit. No orders, customers, payment data, or multi-location inventory files.
What if an issue cannot be fixed safely?
I flag it by row and column and explain what needs your decision. I do not invent product information. I provide a cleaned CSV only when the fields I check have no remaining blocking issues.
Can you check both new products and updates?
Yes. Tell me whether the file is for NEW products or an UPDATE. I do not guess. For new products only, an empty handle may be generated from its title; updates need an existing handle.
What happens to custom or unknown columns?
I keep them in the file and mention that they were not fully checked. Examples include international prices, metafields, and some option or Google Shopping fields.
What counts as a revision?
A rerun of the same product file after you correct flagged cells, or a clearer explanation of the report. A different catalog, second CSV, or store import is not a revision.
