What will you need to make it as like the demo?
I will need your WordPress dashboard login access, Cpanel access, Complete Theme File.
Do you need my hosting access?
Generally, if you have already installed the WordPress Then I do not need the hosting. But if the memory size of the hosting is small, then I will need the hosting access. Because I need to increase the memory size.
I have already installed the theme, Do you need still my hosting access?
If you already have installed the theme, Then generally I do not need your hosting access. But if any setup is needed to do in Cpanel then it must require Cpanel access.
I am not able to upload the theme files here, what can I do?
You can directly give me theme company (example: evanto) login access. After completing the task, you can change the password. Otherwise, you can upload the complete theme file in google drive or dropbox and give me the download link.
Do you provide theme?
Yes, I can provide you a premium theme if you don't have any theme or you don't want to purchase a theme But without any license key. Because a license key is the theme price. As I do not include the theme price in my gig packages so that I can only supply you premium theme what I have purchased.
Do you have hosting service?
Sadly, I do not have any hosting service but I can refer and purchase the best hosting for you. Also I can teach you how to manage the hosting and what is the best way to select a hosting package. Please take a look on my Skype consultation gig for this.
After installing demo, I need to customize my website, are you able to do?
Yes, I am able to do. I am an expert in this field. Let's discuss about the customization or you can follow my customization gig.
Can we talk or make a live call?
For this gig, No. In this gig, Fiverr doesn't support direct communication. But If you need a live consultation badly, Then please order my Skype conversation gig. Once you order then we can share our id and I can help you.
Do you take partial payment?
No, I do not take partial payment. You need to order complete offer and it's totally safe. I will get paid once I deliver the project and you will release the fund within the period.
If you fail to deliver what I need, will you send the refund?
