About this gig
Your WordPress forms look fine but emails never arrive?
You hit submit, the success message shows, but nothing lands in your inbox. Or your leads are quietly going to spam and you had no idea.
I fix this exact problem. Here's what I'll do:
What's Included:
- SMTP setup (Gmail, Brevo, Mailgun, or SendGrid)
- Contact Form 7 or Elementor Form email fix
- SPF, DKIM & DMARC DNS record configuration
- WP Mail SMTP plugin install & configure
- Full send & delivery test before job is closed
Why does this happen?
WordPress uses basic PHP mail by default most servers block it or flag it as spam. Without proper SMTP and DNS authentication, emails simply don't get through. It's a configuration issue, not a theme or plugin bug and it's 100% fixable.
Why work with me?
I test the full email flow end-to-end and confirm delivery before closing. No guesswork, no jargon.
Message me before ordering every setup is different and I'll diagnose your issue fast.

FAQ
My contact form shows "message sent" but I never get the email. Can you fix that?
Yes — that's one of the most common issues I fix. It usually means WordPress is trying to send the email but your server is blocking it or flagging it as spam. I'll set up proper SMTP so the email goes through a verified mail server instead.
Will this fix emails going to my spam folder?
In most cases, yes. Spam delivery is usually caused by missing SPF, DKIM, or DMARC records on your domain. I'll set these up for you so email providers like Gmail treat your messages as legitimate.
Which SMTP providers do you support?
I can set up Gmail (Google Workspace or personal), Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), Mailgun, SendGrid, or any custom SMTP your host provides. If you're not sure which to use, just ask — I'll recommend the best free option for your situation
What if the issue is on my hosting server's end?
Some hosting companies (especially shared hosts) block outgoing mail on port 25. If that's the case, I'll identify it and walk you through how to request the fix from your host — or switch you to an external SMTP provider that bypasses it entirely.
