I build full-stack AI chatbots using React, Node.js/Express, and the Claude API.
Your bot gets a clean chat widget, a custom system prompt, and (on higher tiers) a lightweight keyword-based knowledge base so it can answer from your own documents instead of guessing. The top tier adds an admin panel where you manage the system prompt, model, welcome message, and knowledge base yourself - no code needed.
The backend includes rate limiting and a CORS-ready API, and the whole app ships in a Docker Compose setup so you can deploy it on your own hosting.
This is a chatbot/chat-widget build, not a full website, database-backed app, or payment system - if you need those, message me first so we can scope it properly.

No. This gig covers the chatbot itself (chat UI, Claude API, optional knowledge base). If you need a database, accounts, or payments, message me first.
What is the knowledge base, exactly?
It's a lightweight keyword-based (TF-IDF) search over documents you provide, not a vector/embedding database. Great for FAQs and product docs.
Where will this be hosted?
I deliver the app as a Docker Compose setup. You'll need your own server or cloud host to run it, and your own Claude API key.
