In my career (corporate and freelancing), I have developed extensive experience with being in the roles of Programmer, Senior Business Analyst, Project Management, Director, Chief System Architect, etc. and worked as a full-time employee in major multinational organizations in multiple countries
What is your experience in conducting Business Analysis?
My responsibility always included iterative dialogues with business owners/subject matter experts to gather requirements & transform them into technical designs. This provided me with unique experience of understanding challenges on both sides (business/dev team) & skill to form bridge between them
Does technology platform matter for you to provide necessary Project Management?
It is important to have strong foundation in s/w implementation as most technologies follow same basic standards. Having worked on multiple enterprise-level systems, I have successfully managed projects in scenarios wherein I was not familiar with the specific technology being used.
What will be your plan to get involved in the project?
Prepare list of current issues with you, schedule meeting with dev team to walkthrough system (with technical implementation strategy), testing methodology, pending tasks, expected time lines for project completion, etc. I will then be able to give you an honest feedback & discuss next steps
