When do I need to buy rights?
Only if you use the voiceover for anything other than personal use. You'll need to purchase either Commercial Rights or Broadcast Rights with your order.
When do I need to buy Commercial Rights?
Commercial Rights must be purchased if the voice over is used on non-paid marketing channels where it will be accessed publicly. E.g. Social media (not advertisements), YouTube, company website, public presentations etc. Commerical rights are per 1 year
When do I need to buy Broadcast Rights?
Broadcast Rights must be purchased if the voice over is used on paid marketing channels such as radio, TV or digital/internet commercials. Broadcast rights are per 1 year.
What time zone are you in and where are you located?
Eastern Standard Time GMT -5. I'm located in North Bay, ON Canada.
When can I expect to get my voice over?
You will receive a message from me as soon as I receive and review your script. If I have any questions during this process, I will send you another message and wait for your response. I will post final product upon completion. You can expect your voice over in 48 hours or less.
What do you need from me?
It really helps when your script is free of errors and has been proof-read before purchase. For proof-reading service please purchase the "Script Proofreading" gig extra. This will add 2 days (per 100 words) as I require your final approval on script before I work on your voice-over.
How fast is Fast Delivery?
When you buy Fast Delivery I will move your project to the front of the line and work toward delivering in 24 hours or less.
What is your revision policy?
1 revision is included. Further revisions (100 words) will be treated as a new voice over.
What is RAW Audio vs Processed audio?
RAW audio is unedited and needs processing before publishing. Processed audio is cleaned up, edited and processed using a Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) and is publish-ready.
