RAG means the AI first finds the right parts of your documents, then answers using them. So it gives answers from your real data, with sources, instead of guessing.
Which files can the chatbot learn from?
PDF, Word, text, CSV, Excel, web pages, Notion and Google Drive. I can also connect a database or an API.
Which AI models do you use?
OpenAI (GPT), Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini or open models like Llama. I pick the best one for quality, speed and cost.
Will the bot make up answers?
I reduce that with good retrieval, source citations and clear rules. If the answer is not in your data, the bot says so.
Can I add it to my website?
Yes. The Standard and Premium packages include a chat widget you can add to any website with a small code snippet.
Can it work in Slack or WhatsApp?
Yes. The Premium package can connect the chatbot to Slack, WhatsApp or Telegram.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your data stays in your own accounts and database. API keys are kept on a secure backend, and I can sign an NDA.
Can you also do data analysis?
Yes. I can clean your data and build reports and charts in Python with pandas. It is available as an add-on.
Who owns the code?
