What do you need to start my LMS website?
I need your logo, brand preferences, page content, course plans and referral requirements. If hosting is not ready, I can develop locally and transfer the website to your hosting before delivery.
How does the custom lifetime referral system work?
It links a referred customer to an affiliate, who earns the agreed commission on eligible future purchases. We define linking rules and refund handling before development. The association continues while the system remains active.
Is the referral system included in every package?
Yes. Every package includes customer linking, referral tracking and one agreed commission rule. Multiple commission tiers, automated payouts and additional custom features are also included if there is a need.
Do you create or upload course content?
I configure the platform so you can manage your courses. You provide and upload videos, lessons, quizzes and other materials. I wil upload them too
Are paid plugins, hosting and a domain included?
No. You supply hosting, a domain and any required paid plugin licences. I will confirm which tools your project needs before we start. Tutor LMS Pro is only required if your agreed features need it.
Can students purchase courses on my website?
Yes. I connect a supported payment gateway using your approved merchant account and test paid enrollment. Gateway availability depends on your country and provider. Transaction fees and merchant approval are separate.
What does free lifetime maintenance include?
For the first 3 Standard or Premium buyers: updates, backups, troubleshooting and bug fixes for the delivered site while I offer this service. New features, redesigns, content uploads, hosting and licences are separate. Access and active licences are required.
Can I manage the website after delivery?
Yes. You can manage courses, students and orders through WordPress. I explain the custom referral settings at delivery. Premium also includes a handover guide.
Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes. Share your course plans, required pages, payment preferences and referral requirements. I will confirm the scope, suitable package, required paid tools and timeline before you order.
Can you start without hosting or a domain?
Yes. I can build the website locally first. You will need compatible hosting and a domain for launch. One transfer to your hosting is included, with payment, enrollment and referral testing completed on the hosted website.
