About this Gig
Running a business means too many open tasks. Emails stack up, meetings overlap, follow ups get missed, and admin work takes time away from growing your business.
I help founders, consultants, coaches, e-commerce owners, and small business teams keep daily operations organised, clear, and under control.
As your executive virtual assistant, I do more than complete tasks. I think ahead, keep details in order, and help you stay focused on higher value work.
I can help with inbox management, email triage, calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, reminders, CRM updates, contact management, task management, workflow organisation, document preparation, reports, file organisation, research briefs, competitor snapshots, market summaries, travel planning, expense tracking, and general admin support.
I work with tools like Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, ChatGPT, and Perplexity.
I use AI tools to support research, structure information, and improve efficiency, but every task is manually reviewed for accuracy, clarity, and quality before delivery.
Please message me before placing an order. Thanks
