DevOps Engineer, AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes and GitHub Actions
About this Gig
Are you facing an AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CI/CD problem that is blocking your deployment?
I am a DevOps Engineer with five years of experience helping teams diagnose cloud, container, infrastructure, and deployment issues.
I can help with:
AWS EC2, IAM, VPC, networking, and Amazon EKS issues
Kubernetes pod, service, ingress, storage, and deployment failures
ImagePullBackOff, CrashLoopBackOff, Pending pods, and connectivity errors
Docker builds, containers, images, and configuration
Terraform errors and infrastructure configuration
Jenkins and GitHub Actions pipeline failures
Linux, deployment, monitoring, and automation issues
During the live session, I will review your setup and logs, identify the likely root cause, guide you through the resolution, and provide recommended next steps according to your package.
Please message me before ordering with your technology stack, error details, expected outcome, and preferred availability.
Never share root credentials, passwords, private keys, or permanent access tokens. Complex production changes or multi-system implementations may require a separate custom offer.

FAQ
Should I contact you before placing an order?
Yes. Please send your technology stack, exact issue, relevant error messages, expected outcome, and preferred availability. This allows me to confirm the appropriate package before you order.
What information should I provide before the session?
Please provide the relevant logs, screenshots, architecture details, configuration files, recent changes, and troubleshooting steps already attempted. Remove all passwords, tokens, keys, and sensitive information.
Will you need access to my AWS account or servers?
Not always. Many issues can be diagnosed through logs, configuration files, and screen sharing. If access is necessary, use temporary least-privilege access. I will never request an AWS root account or permanent credentials.
Can you troubleshoot production environments?
Yes, but production changes require an agreed scope, backup or rollback plan, and maintenance window. Complex or high-risk production work may require a custom offer.
Is the issue guaranteed to be resolved during the session?
I will diagnose the issue and make every reasonable effort to resolve it within the purchased session. Resolution depends on the issue’s complexity, available information, access, and third-party dependencies. You will receive findings and recommended next steps.
