Most CAD services hand you a shape that looks right but fails when you try to actually make it. I do reverse engineering of e-bike and e-scooter parts battery covers, brackets, kickstand mounts, dashboard housings converting them into clean, manufacturing-ready 3d models, not just a rough scan to cad pass.


What I work from: photos with reference dimensions, 3d scan data (STL, OBJ, point cloud), or the physical part shipped to me.


Reverse engineering capabilities:


  • Scan to cad conversion turning STL/OBJ mesh data into clean, editable CAD
  • Convert damaged or worn parts back into an accurate 3d model from photos or scan data
  • Reverse engineer discontinued components for CNC, injection molding, or 3d printing
  • Improve or redesign the original geometry where needed, not just replicate it


Deliverables: fully editable parametric CAD model + technical 2d drawing, delivered in STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG, OBJ, STL, or Parasolid whatever format your manufacturer needs.
