unlimited revision mean i will assist you till u are fully happy with designs but it is common sense that unlimited revision does not mean that infinity time and infinity concept it refers to the revisions on certain time frame

you can ask for any revision within the time frame so once i sent you the initial concepts from that day to next 3 days you can ask for revisions after that complete the revisions may cost you extra
When will you deliver the files ?
The files will only be delivered once u said that the design is final once the designs is final any revision will cost u extra small things like color changes etc are ok

You should be very specific and certain regarding the designs you should be clear of what u are in need. Changing mind here and there is not good thing. Complete requirements should be given and if some thing u are unclear trust your designer and make sure u are easy to communicate & have patience
