• Candidate sourcing via LinkedIn and other platforms
• Resume screening and interviewing
• Job evaluation and job description creation
• Creating and updating employee records (hiring, transfers, promotions, terminations)
• Ensuring all new-hire paperwork is completed accurately
• Developing HR policies, procedures, rules, and standards
• HR process improvement and workflow optimization
• Collecting time & attendance data for payroll support
• HR documentation, reports, and record management
