My Portfolio
FAQ
What should I send
Please sent text script in final version form with correct pronunciations of any unusual names or words. It is best to include pronunciations in a sound file attachment. Also, please let me know if you would like the voice over delivered with a certain tone, pacing, energy or style.
Why do you need to approve the audiobook manuscript?
Audiobook production is a major investment of time. I want to be sure I am a good fit to narrate your audiobook. If I don't feel I am a good fit, I will honestly tell you with no obligation. I do not narrate explicit romantic material, erotica etc.
Can I make payments for the work?
Yes. We can set up a custom order with "mile stones" such as paying for the 1st half of the book when it is completed and pay for the 2nd half of the book when it is completed.
How will the files be delivered
If Standard or Premium packages are purchased the audiobooks will be edited and mastered to Audible standards. The Basic package will be delivered as mp3 files normalized at -3db.
Production Time for Each Additional Hour
Each additional hour of finished audio will require 5-7 days to record and complete editing, mix etc. This time could be less. We will discuss and agree to a deadline for your book production before recording begins.
How Do We Discuss PFH or PFH Royalty Share?
If you are working with ACX or other publishers please message me and we can discuss specifics of a Per Finished Hour or PFH Royalty Share Rate.
