What do you need from me to start?
Your domain, the pages you want, your logo and brand colours, and any content you’d like added. Message me before ordering so I can confirm scope.
How long does it take?
Basic takes 5 days, Standard 7 days and Premium 10 days. Late content, a large number of pages or slow feedback can extend the timeline, and I’ll tell you if that happens.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is a change to something already in the agreed scope, such as adjusting a layout, colour or wording. Adding pages or sections beyond your package needs an upgrade or a new order.
Will I be able to edit the site myself?
Yes. Every package includes a short walkthrough of how to edit pages, menus and settings after handover.
What is a child theme and do I need one?
A child theme is a separate theme that holds your custom code, so Divi updates don’t overwrite it. It’s included in Standard and Premium. Basic doesn’t include custom code, so you don’t need one for it.
Will the site work on phones?
Yes. The site is checked on mobile and desktop before delivery in every package.
Do you write the content?
No. You supply the text and images. I can tidy wording for layout, but full copywriting is not included.
Do you handle hosting or a domain?
No. Hosting, domain registration and email setup are not included. Message me first if you need help choosing a host, and I’ll tell you what’s needed.
Who owns the site?
You do. The site is built on your hosting and your content stays yours. I won’t use screenshots of your site in my portfolio without asking first.
What’s not included?
Hosting, domain costs, copywriting, product or e-commerce setup, paid plugins or subscriptions, SEO campaigns, and ongoing maintenance after handover. If your site needs one of these, I’ll tell you before going ahead.
