FAQ
I am ready to make the purchase! What do I need to get started?
Please send your domain and hosting login credentials (If you do not have them, I can assist you) I will need your logo, Figma, or any hand sketch, a brief description of your website or company's goal, the exact content (text, images, and videos) that you would like to be featured on your website.
Do you build WordPress websites from scratch or use templates?
I can do both. If you want a fully custom website, I’ll design it from scratch to match your brand. If you prefer, I can also work with premium templates to speed up delivery and keep costs lower.
Can you redesign my existing WordPress website without losing my content?
Absolutely. I’ll refresh your design, improve speed, and update features — while keeping your existing pages, content, and SEO intact.
Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Yes. Every site I build is fully responsive, meaning it looks great on phones, tablets, and desktops.
Do you offer SEO optimization with the website?
Yes. I build SEO-ready websites with clean code, fast loading speed, and proper on-page SEO structure. You can also request additional SEO services if needed.
Can you integrate payment gateways like PayPal or Stripe?
Yes. I can integrate all major payment gateways, including PayPal, Stripe, and local payment solutions, depending on your country.
How long will it take to complete my website?
The timeline depends on your project’s size and complexity. A basic website usually takes 3–5 days, while larger projects may take longer. I’ll give you a clear delivery date before we start.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Yes. I offer free support for a limited time after delivery to help with minor updates or fixes. Ongoing maintenance plans are also available.
Does your package includes hosting and domain charges?
No, you should have a domain and hosting subscription already done, or I can also help you set that up, so you can contact me for that. These are solely my design and development charges.
