Do I need to buy Odoo Enterprise or is Community enough?
It depends on your needs. Community is completely free and covers most SMB requirements. I will advise you honestly during our pre-order consultation — I will never push you toward a paid plan you do not need.
Can you set up Odoo on my own server?
Yes. I can install on your VPS, dedicated server, or any Linux-based hosting. I can also help you choose the right hosting if you do not have one yet.
We already have data in Excel. Can you migrate it into Odoo?
Yes — data migration from Excel, CSV, or your old system is included in the Premium package and available as an add-on for Basic and Standard.
How long until our team can actually use the system?
Basic setup is live in 5 days. Most Standard projects go live in 8–10 days. I prioritize a working system fast so your team is not waiting.
What happens if something breaks after delivery?
I include post-delivery support on all packages. Basic gets 3 days, Standard gets 14 days, Premium gets 30 days. Configuration issues are fixed at no charge within the support window.
