Structural design and analysis for buildings, done properly and delivered with calculations you can defend in a review.
I model and design in ETABS, SAP2000 and SAFE for RCC and steel structures - residential, commercial, industrial and low-rise to mid-rise buildings. Gravity, wind and seismic loads, all to ACI 318, ASCE 7, IBC, BS 8110 or Eurocode.

What do you need from me to start?
Architectural plans (PDF or DWG), soil investigation report if you have one, the design code that applies, and your local authority requirements. If you only have sketches or photos, send those — I'll tell you what else is needed before you order.
Which design codes do you work to?
ACI 318, ASCE 7, IBC, BS 8110, BS 8666, Eurocode 2 and 8, and Pakistani/Indian codes. Tell me your jurisdiction and I'll confirm which combination applies before we start.
Do I get the editable native files?
Yes on Standard and Premium — native ETABS, SAFE, DWG, RVT or Excel as applicable. On Basic, native files are available as a small extra. You own full rights to everything I deliver.
Do you design steel structures as well as RCC?
steel frames, portal frames, trusses and composite floors, to AISC 360 or BS 5950/EC3.
Can you check an existing design instead of doing a new one?
Yes, peer review with a findings report is available as a custom order.
