I will prepare your product design for manufacturing with dfm and drawings

I take a working prototype and prepare it for manufacturing: design for FDM printing, CNC machining, or injection molding, with DFM notes and 2D drawings. Modeled in Autodesk Fusion by a mechanical engineer.

WHAT YOU GET

• Basic: 1 part reworked for your process, DFM checklist (wall thickness, draft, undercuts, radii), 1 PDF drawing, STEP and Fusion file
• Standard: up to 3 parts or a small assembly, DFM notes and a drawing per part, exploded view, simple BOM
• Premium: up to 6 parts, full drawing set with fit callouts, BOM, DFM report comparing 2 processes with a recommendation, 3 shaded views

WHAT I NEED

Your current model (STEP) or sketches, target process and material, target quantity, critical dimensions and mating parts, and your drawing units and standard.

STANDARDS

Drawings use ISO 2768 general tolerances plus fit callouts where needed. Full GD&T is not included, so please reach out to me if you need it.

NOT INCLUDED

Mold or tooling design, simulation, pressure or safety-critical parts, and making or shipping physical parts are not included.
