Do I need to ship you a product?
Yes, if your video requires showcasing a physical product. Production begins once the product arrives. Once you accept the offer, I'll send over my shipping details. For digital products or services, I can get started right away with the details you provide.
Do you offer revisions?
A free revision will be offered if I have made an error. If you want to add something to the video, I charge a $25 revision fee. Provide all necessary info upfront so I can get your video right on the first try.
Do you provide raw footage?
