For which operating systems you can provide the service?
Programs can be created for Windows, MacOS and / or Linux.
How can i be sure that i will get what i need?
Before you have to pay anything you will get a trail-version for testing or a example-dataset where you can check if everything is working as you need it.
How can i place an order?
Contact me BEFORE ORDERING to avoid cancellation I will create a customized offer for your solution after we clarified your requirements Normaly i send you a trial-version or date-examples for free before the order.
How is this working? Where is my data taken? What i have to do?
You get an executable program (python) from me. Depending on the requirements you get a database access with the desktop app and / or reports for example in excel-form.
What websites can you scrape?
I can scrape most websites, including those with dynamic content and login requirements. However, it's essential to ensure that scraping the site doesn't violate its terms of service or any laws.
How do you handle websites with login requirements?
For login-required sites, clients need to provide the necessary credentials. Of course they will kept confidential and will be kept in a secure external file and not directly in the source-code.
Can you also provide the script with the solution?
Yes of course i can also provide you the python source-code.
How are the programs parameterized?
This is usually also done with Excel worksheets. In the worksheets there are certain cell areas in which the parameters from the user can be entered (e.g. ticker symbols, dates, currency, etc.). After the sheet is saved and the individual program started - these parameters are used in the processing
Do you offer post-delivery support?
When you find some problems or issues with the delivered solution i will fix this asap. When you need some enhancements i will change this for a moderate maintenance fee.
Can I also use some external services?
Yes sure we can integrate other services using APIs or direct access.
