Do I need to credit you on my video?

Do you add subtitles?
Yes, I can add subtitles to your video but you need to purchase an extra service for that. It's $10 for Gold Package while it is $15 for the Diamond and Emerald Package
What is the maximum resolution can you edit?
1920 x 1080 60fps is the maximum resolution I can edit. Frame rate will depend on the frame rate of the raw video.
My file exceeds the size limit. What should I do?
For files that exceeds the Fiverr's limit, you can use Google Drive and paste the link in the order requirement. Make sure that you allow access to your file so I can download it.
Is it fine if I have multiple clips instead of one?
Yes, it's fine. As long as the overall length of all your clips doesn't exceed what is stated on the package you plan to purchase.
What is "running time"?
Running time refers to the duration of the final output.
The duration of the video I want is not the same as the running time stated on the package. What should I do?
The running time I set only acts as guide since I'm not able to put a range of duration due to how the site works. There's a 5 min. duration allowance for each video. Check below the range of duration for each package. Gold: 5 - 15 mins Diamond: 16 - 25 mins Emerald: 26 - 35 mins
Do you censor profanity in videos?
By default, I censor all profanities in a vid. The sound effect I use is the default censor sfx (The beep sfx) and a black box. If you want me to use other sfx and graphics, or not censor at all, specify it on the order page or message me about it.
Do you offer lessons for video editing?
No.
How long do you keep the project files after you deliver it?
The project files will be deleted 1 week after the delivery was accepted. The edited vid will be in the Google Drive for 2 months
