You may clarify your doubts regarding the sample and brainstorm the prototype result and how to proceed next.
The three main elements we will be evaluating to prepare comments for your next sample are:
1. Design: The overall aesthetic of your sample - fabric, trimms, color - does it reflect the requested original design? Do we want to change something or not?
2. Fit & Function: Is the fit and performance of the garment/accessory as expected? Does it fit well in the body and behaves well after use?
3. Construction: Are the finishings respecting what was requested? Is the construction correctly made?
Let's analyse your sample together so you can communicate with your manufacturer the best way possible.
*Standard pack includes a follow-up file with written feedback and comments + size chart revisions.

How can I prepare for the zoom meeting?
Please confirm all measures of the sample (laying flat on a surface) following your tech pack "how to measure" instructions. It's important to understand if the sample is following what was requested or not. Take these measurements before you try on your samples.
Should I try on the Sample first?
Write down all your garments measurements before you try the garment on. Try it on after that and see how the sample behaves, if it recovers it's shape well or not.
Should I wash my sample?
Only after checking all measurements and analysing the sample through our meeting. After that yes, you should wash your sample following it's care instructions to make sure it behaves welll and is following your standards.
