I work with media files you own, manage, or are authorized to process — for example, your own production footage, content from platforms you have distribution rights to, or media libraries you're responsible for organizing. Common formats include MP4 and other standard video files.

For most jobs, no — I work with files you provide directly (via shared drive, link, or upload). If your project involves a more complex setup, message me first so we can confirm the right approach.

Anywhere from a handful of files (Basic) to multi-TB collections (Premium). For anything beyond 50 files or unusual complexity, please message me before ordering so I can scope it accurately.

Both — I offer standard organized delivery (clean naming, logical folders) by default, and can build fully custom naming/folder logic or automation rules if your workflow has specific requirements.

Depends on the package. Basic/Standard are one-time processing jobs. Premium includes a documented, reusable workflow you can run yourself going forward if needed.

Most custom or large-scale jobs don't — message me with your file count, source type, and goal, and I'll give you an accurate custom quote before you order.

For large or long-running jobs, I use fault-tolerant, resumable processing architecture, so progress is preserved even if a job runs over multiple sessions — nothing has to restart from zero.
