One issue is one specific problem, such as an overflowing section, a broken mobile menu, misaligned content, incorrect spacing, or an image that does not resize correctly.
What do you need before I place an order?
Please send your website URL, screenshots of the problem, the affected page, and a short explanation of the expected result. Contact me first if you are unsure which package to choose.
Which technologies do you support?
I primarily work with custom websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Bootstrap, and jQuery. Please contact me before ordering if your website uses another platform or framework.
Will you need access to my website?
Most fixes require access to the relevant website files or hosting. Please create a temporary account whenever possible and make a complete backup before sharing access through Fiverr.
Does this Gig include a complete website redesign?
No. This Gig covers specific responsive and layout fixes on an existing website. A redesign, new pages, or major functionality requires a separate custom offer.
Will you test the website on every device?
I will test the affected pages at common desktop, tablet, and mobile screen sizes. Testing every device, browser version, and operating system is not possible.
What happens if the problem is more complex than expected?
I will review the information before starting. If the issue requires additional work or falls outside the selected package, I will explain it and prepare a custom offer through Fiverr.
