What information do you need to start the design?
I require architectural plans (PDF/DWG) showing floor plans, elevations, and detailed information on wall and window specifications (U-values).
What is the difference between Complete and Master?
The Complete package provides the Terminal Design. The Master package ($450) provides the Material Take-Offs (MTO), Duct Design, and Executive Plans for the contractor.
What software and standards do you use?
I use the Carrier HAP simulation software and comply strictly with ASHRAE standards for all thermal load calculations and equipment sizing.
Are the Material Take-Offs (MTO) included?
Yes. The Cómputos Métricos (MTO) are exclusively included in the Master Package ($450), providing quantities ready for contractor material procurement.
