Which package should I choose?
All limits are per order in one workspace and include every workflow step. Basic covers linear Zaps, without filters or Paths. Standard allows one Paths group with 2 branches; Premium one with 3. No nested Paths. Data syncing covers existing one way transfers only.
What counts as a small improvement?
One agreed change to a field mapping, filter, delay, or notification in an existing Zap. It uses the same apps and stays within the package's step limit. Standard includes 1; Premium includes 2. A new business process or full rebuild needs a separate offer.
Can you fix every error or build a new automation?
These packages cover existing Zaps with native connectors, not new builds, custom APIs, code, loops, Sub-Zaps, or migrations. Some errors depend on app outages or paid plans. If a blocker prevents repair, I'll explain it and agree next steps on Fiverr; diagnosis alone isn't a completed repair.
How will you access and test my Zaps?
Use collaborator access with the minimum permissions needed. Please don't send passwords or API keys. I'll test with approved sample records and ask before enabling changes or sending live emails, messages, or CRM updates. You cover any app subscriptions and usage fees.
What do revisions cover?
Revisions cover adjustments to the agreed repair or improvement, not new features or extra Zaps. I'll provide test results and a short handover. Historical data cleanup, bulk replays, and ongoing monitoring are not included.
