What drawing formats/files do I need to send you?
PDF format is preferred, but I can also work with CAD files (.DWG), BIM/Revit (.RVT), or high-resolution images/scans. Please make sure all architectural, structural, and MEP drawings include clear dimensions, legends, and scale.
Does the BOQ include cost estimation / material pricing?
Standard packages cover the Quantity Takeoff (unpriced BOQ). If you need material pricing, labor rates, and total cost estimation, please send me a message with your project location so I can apply accurate local market rates as a custom extra.
What if my drawings get revised or updated during the process?
Minor clarifications within the existing drawing set are covered. However, if new architectural or structural revisions are issued that significantly alter quantities, we can process a small custom offer based on the updated drawings.
How do you handle missing or incomplete drawing details?
If specifications or details are missing from your plan set, I will highlight them using standard engineering assumptions and flag them in an "Assumptions & Clarifications" tab so you can easily review or update them later
Can you do quantity takeoffs for commercial or mega-projects?
Yes! For complex commercial buildings, civil engineering projects, or high-rise structures, please send me your project brief and drawing index first. I will assess the total workload and send you a custom offer with a realistic timeframe.
Will you sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for confidential projects?
Absolutely. I understand that architectural plans and tender documents are confidential. I am happy to sign an NDA before you share sensitive project files.
