Do I need to know anything technical to work with you?
No. You tell me what your business needs and how customers currently reach you, I handle everything technical from there. I'll explain things in plain language, not jargon, and you'll get a working, easy to use result either way.
What if I'm not sure exactly what I need yet?
That's completely fine, most clients start that way. Message me with a rough idea of your business and what's eating up your time, and I'll help figure out what would actually make the biggest difference before we start building anything.
I already have a website, do I need a whole new one?
Not necessarily. If your site works but you're still doing everything manually behind it, replying to questions, tracking orders by hand, I can add automation into what you already have instead of starting over.
