what is your work formula?
I model the floorplan and take the screenshot of the model and send it to you. So you can check the 2D. And tell me what you want to change. I repeat this 3 time. After your confirmation, I will take one high quality layout of the model. I guarantee 3 revisions before finalizing
What files do you need to start the project?
A hand sketch, old plan, measurements, or photos of the space are enough to begin. If available, CAD or PDF files are great too.
Are your drawings acceptable for city permits?
Yes — my drawings are prepared following standard architectural documentation formats suitable for Building permit submission.
Can you work on both remodel and new build projects?
Absolutely. I handle both remodel updates (as-built + demolition) and new construction layouts with full detail.
Can you provide 3D views or renderings?
