Can the bot use my own content and FAQs?
Yes. We can train or ground the bot on your documents, website, and FAQs so answers are accurate and on-brand.
Do you handle WhatsApp Business API setup?
Yes, we guide you through the WhatsApp Business/API requirements and integrate the bot. Some third-party or API fees may apply and are billed by the provider, not us.
Will I be able to update the bot myself?
