Just your goal, any text/images you have, and one or two reference sites you like. No content ready? I can build with placeholders and swap yours in later. I'll confirm the full plan in a message before starting.
Q2 · Will my site be mobile-friendly and fast?
Yes. Every site is fully responsive and performance-first, targeting 90+ Google Lighthouse. Speed and Core Web Vitals are built in from the start, not patched on at the end.
Q3 · Is it SEO-ready? Will it rank on Google?
I build technical-SEO-ready sites: clean semantic HTML, meta tags, schema, sitemap, and fast load — everything Google needs to index and rank you. Final ranking also depends on your content and competition, but the technical foundation will be solid.
Q4 · Do you design, or do I need to provide a design?
Both work. I can build from your Figma/design, or create a clean modern layout myself from references you like. I'm a developer first — everything is hand-coded in Next.js/Astro, no bloated page-builders.
Q5 · Do we need to get on a call?
No — I work fully async through Fiverr messages, with clear written updates at each step. It keeps everything documented and moving across time zones. If you'd rather see it walked through, I can send a short screen recording instead.

I deploy to fast edge hosting (Cloudflare/Vercel) on your own domain and accounts, so you fully own the site, code, and hosting. No lock-in.
