Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes if your application is already in production, uses multiple services/environments, needs Terraform for an existing stack, or requires Kubernetes/EKS. Straightforward Basic orders can proceed once the listed requirements are ready.
What is included in the Basic package?
One existing application is Dockerized and deployed to one AWS EC2 environment, with configuration, HTTPS/domain hookup when access is available, and basic handover notes.
Does the Basic package include Terraform?
No. Terraform Infrastructure as Code is included in the Premium package or can be quoted separately.
What does the Standard package add?
One CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI for the same application and AWS environment, plus deployment configuration and handover notes.
Which AWS services can you work with?
The Gig is centered on application deployment and core AWS resources. EC2 and related deployment services are common. More complex architectures are scoped before ordering.
Are AWS hosting or usage charges included?
No. AWS, domain, third-party, and software subscription charges are paid directly by the client in the client-owned accounts.
Do I need to share my AWS root password?
No. Never share root credentials. Use a temporary least-privilege IAM user/role or another secure access method appropriate for the project.
Can you handle Kubernetes or EKS?
Yes when the project fits, but Kubernetes/EKS is not included in the standard package scope. Please request a custom offer first.
Are database migrations included?
No. Database migrations, major schema changes, and data-transfer risk are separate work and must be scoped before ordering.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is an adjustment within the agreed package scope. New applications, new environments, architecture changes, or additional integrations are new scope.
