Do I need my own Vapi account, and are there ongoing costs?
Yes. The agent runs on your own Vapi account so you keep full ownership. Platform, phone number and AI usage are billed to you directly on a per-minute basis. My fee covers the build and setup only.
Can the agent book appointments and connect to my CRM?
Yes. I can connect it to Google Calendar or Calendly for live booking, and push call data into your CRM using n8n, Make or GoHighLevel. Tell me which tools you use and I'll confirm before you order.
Can it handle both incoming and outgoing calls?
Yes. I build inbound receptionist agents that answer and route calls, and outbound agents for lead follow-up and appointment reminders. Let me know which you need, or both.
