Why is your basic bug fix $100?
You're not paying for the 10 minutes it might take me to type the fix. You're paying for the 10+ years of experience it took me to know exactly *what* to type. You're buying a fast, permanent solution from an expert.
What do you need from me to start fixing my store?
A clear description of the bug and how to reproduce it. To do the work, I will need temporary PrestaShop admin access and, for some issues, FTP/hosting access. All your information is handled with 100% confidentiality.
Will your work break something else on my site?
I take extreme care. Whenever possible, I will ask to work on a staging (a copy) of your site first. If I must work on your live store, I perform full backups before making any changes. My goal is to solve your problems, not create new ones.
