What am I offering?
- I am offering to create detailed and furnished 3D floor plans, isometrics and perspectives with real elements, materials and finishes.
- Model shall include a proposed furniture distribution.
What is my workflow?
- I receive the floor plan dimensions/basic layout.
- I create the 3D SKP model using Sketchup.
- I add the 3D furniture considering spaces, dimensions and any other limitations.
- I render realistic perspective visualizations with high quality lighting.
- Deliver the final result files based on your package.

In what resolution do you deliver the final images?
The final images are delivers in High Definition resolution (1200 x 960 pixels) and can also be delivered in any custom size according to client request.
What softwares do you use?
I normally use Sketchup for 3D work & Vray Next for visualizations.
Are gig images considered an actual sample of the final output?
Yes, they are an actual sample, however, they are in less resolution according to Fiverr size limitation.
