FAQ
Do you use any type of AI detail enhancing software/plugins?
No, i dont use any type of ai to sharpen, generate or destroy real data, i mainly use plugins that are based on real math.
What file formats do you accept?
I accept 16-bit or 32-bit stacked images in FITS or TIFF formats for the Basic package. For Standard and Premium packages, you can send your raw individual frames (FITS, RAW, CR2, NEF, etc.) along with your calibration frames (Darks, Flats, Biases).
Can you fix out-of-focus or severely trailed stars?
I can perform slight star reduction and minor corrections to improve the overall look, but data that is severely out of focus or has heavy tracking errors cannot be fully recovered. I always do my best to extract the highest quality possible from your data!
Which software do you use for processing?
I use Siril for most of my processing steps followed by Affinity for color correcting and final touches
How should I send you my large raw files?
Astrophotography datasets can be very large. You can upload your files to Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer and share the download link with me in the order requirements or chat.
