Q2: Will these drawings be accepted for city permits?
Yes, my drawings are prepared in standard architectural format and meet general permit guidelines. However, some cities may require a licensed architect/engineer’s stamp, which you may need to obtain locally.
What file formats will I get?
You’ll receive PDF files (ready for submission). Source files in DWG/DXF and images in JPG/PNG are also available on request.
What if my city asks for changes?
I provide revisions to adjust drawings if needed. Minor city-requested changes are included, while major redesigns may require a custom offer.
Can you handle both residential and commercial projects?
Yes ✅ I create drawings for both residential houses and small-to-medium commercial projects.
Do you also provide 3D models or renderings?
This gig is focused on 2D drawings and permit sets. If you need 3D modeling or rendering, please message me—I can provide it as a custom offer.
