How does the order tracking work?
I set up a shared spreadsheet with all your purchase orders — status, expected delivery date, and notes — and update it based on the hours included in your package. You'll always know exactly where things stand.
Is this a one-time service or ongoing?
Each order includes a set number of hours as a single delivery. If you'd like ongoing monthly support, simply reorder the same Gig each month and I'll continue where we left off.
Do you keep my supplier information confidential?
