How does the order tracking work?
I set up a shared spreadsheet with all your purchase orders — status, expected delivery date, and notes — and update it based on the hours included in your package. You'll always know exactly where things stand.
Is this a one-time service or ongoing?
Each order includes a set number of hours as a single delivery. If you'd like ongoing monthly support, simply reorder the same Gig each month and I'll continue where we left off.
Do you keep my supplier information confidential?
Absolutely. I'm happy to sign an NDA before starting, and all your order and supplier details are treated as strictly confidential.
Can you help with more than orders and suppliers?
Yes. I also support general back-office tasks, organize workflows, and write clear procedures and work instructions based on how your business actually runs.
Do I need to use a specific tool or software?
No. I work with what you already use, such as spreadsheets, email, shared drives or simple project boards, and keep things simple.
